If you have any queries or concerns about your medication, or that you have had what you think is a reaction to a medicine that has been prescribed to you, or simply need advice about the medications you are taking, please contact the surgery and ask to speak to one of the doctors, who will be happy to advise you and allay your concerns and fears.
Alternatively you might want to consider discussing the matter with your pharmacist, who is also well trained and readily available to assist.
Email Repeat Medication
We currently have in place the facility for patients to email their requirements to our generic email address ( firstname.lastname@example.org ) or they can order via this website (see next tab 'Repeat Prescription Service).
The other option is to download the new NHS App, please see our Home page for details.
The email and surgery website ordering will continue for those who wish to continue ordering that way. This new way of ordering through our clinical system is an additional way for ordering your medication(s). Patients who wish to utilise this online service will need to register in order to be able to do so. By registering you will also be able to book on-line appointments, as your username and password will allow you to access both online appointments and repeat medications. Therefore you do not need two accounts to do these and this maybe a more preferential way of ordering as it gives access to 2 services but as it links to our clinical system it automatically shows you the medications you taking, and you simply tick the items you need. No need to scan in your repeat slip and send or type in long messages of the items you need, a simple tick in a box is all that is required. These system is really easy to use and on screen help / prompts are there to guide you along.
We can only accept patients aged 16 or over for online access and a Registration Form needs completing for each person wishing to register. You will also need to provide photo ID when you return the form to the surgery.
